They love what they do, coming back every year to pass on their expert knowledge and experience to our clients.
They live and breathe off-piste skiing, and our coaches are up the mountain every day, always searching for fresh tracks. If you want to know where the best powder is on the mountain, our coaches know where to find it.

Sophie Bissett
Swiss Brevet Federal
BASI Level 4 ISTD
Having grown up spending summers tucked away in the Scottish highlands and winters in Courchevel, where her parents had a ski school, Sophie feels skiing is not just a passion, but is in her blood! She grew up racing as a child with the Club de Sport de Courchevel and then competed nationally with the Scottish ski club. After a break from skiing to focus on her studies at Edinburgh University, she couldn’t deny her roots any longer and ended up running back to the mountains where she took up race coaching and instructing! She has been lucky enough to have skied and taught all over the world – France, Italy, Austria, New Zealand and Australia, but Verbier is the place she decided to call home. It is here her passion for freeriding and ski touring really took over. Verbier is a playground for freeride lovers like herself. (Not to mention having a great atmosphere in the town!) So much so that instead of eternally chasing winters, she now stay here year round working in property management a long side teaching. In her free time you will find her in the mountains doing some sort of high adrenaline sport be Winter or Summer!
