Up to 30 days before your lesson - 100% Refund

From 30 days to 48hrs - 90% Refund

From 48hrs to the start of your lesson - 0% Refund

In the event of full lift closure due to COVID-19

100% Refund

Travel restrictions are defined as follows:

 

Restrictions imposed by the Swiss federal government where you are not able to enter the Switzerland.

Restrictions imposed by government of your domicile country where you are not able to enter Switzerland.

If quarantine is established in you country of domicile if you have visited Switzerland.

If quarantine is established entering Switzerland.
