MOUNTAIN SAFETY COURSES
ISTA EDUCATION
Developed by the Freeride Skier Dominique Perret, the ISTA program was entirely developed in Switzerland, with over 40 experts spanning 9 countries and 3 continents in the areas of Education, Sport Psychology, Pedagogy, Knowledge Transmission, Nutrition, Meteorology, Snow Science, Risk Management, Research Methods, as well as Snow Professionals and Mountain Guides, all of whom share a common passion for the mountains.
ISTA wishes to increase freedom, pleasure and safety for snow sports amateurs, especially in the case of off-piste outings, by focusing on the knowledge and prevention of avalanche risks.
